Yokoyama Naoki was born in the
Bizen region in 1970. He studied at the Bizen Pottery Centre and was an
apprentice with the potter, Kawabata Fumio, before establishing his own
kiln in 2000. He has been given two solo exhibitions in Japan by Robert
Yellin and his work has been accepted into numerous juried exhibitions.
Certainly one of the rising stars of Bizen pottery. The guinomi comes with a
signed wooden box, together with a stamped cloth, and it is unused.
