Sengoku Tetusin was born in 1940 and has been potting since 1977. He is a Member of the Hagi Association of Ceramic Artists and is currently active. This small teabowl is glazed with the traditional white glaze of Hagi and the foot ring has 3 cuts out of it as well as 3 indentations. Sengoku’s personal seal is on the unglazed area near to the foot ring but it difficult to see in the image above.
